Fields Investments currently employs eight professionals. Its managers possess an average commercial real estate experince of over 10 years. Fields hires only qualified, experienced vendors for service required at our properties. Vendors provide another set of eyes when doing required property inspections and servicing. The team mentality of Fields personnel and its vendors result in maintenance and repair issues being resolved with total efficiency. Fields Investments actively manages an asset with a focus on asset value enhancement through perventative manitenance programs and capital improvement replacement and retention of tenants resulting in increased net operating incomes. Fields Investments general plan for leasing vacancies includes retaining an exclusive leasing broker with expertise in the local market in which each property is located. Also, our company negotiates all leases for properties under management and the handling of lease renewal negotiations are handled by Fields personnel.
